MTS’s mission here is to return our clients to active lifestyle that he or she was accustomed to. The years of neglect, trauma, sedentary lifestyle, family obligation have plagued us with lost of muscle tone, fatigue, injuries, low motivation, and weight gain to just name a few.
The 1 on 1 program is set tailored towards each clients. MTS gives your the tools that help you return to an active lifestyle. Our approach is to be as specific and as goal oriented as possible. We are all built differently and we should not settle for a cookie cutter program. Our programs are :
