A concentrated workshop that emphasizes range of motion techniques in your joints by reducing pain first, then using multiple functional mobility movements to reduce injury, increase strength, and provide increased stability during active movements. Peak performance during work or play can only be achieved with proper joint articulation. When your joint space is opened pathology such as arthritis and tendonitis can decrease. Less time on the “shelf” is spent when your Functional Mobility is at its peak.
