It’s a true statement that when we age we become less flexible. Injuries are more frequent and recovery is much longer. As active people we should take more care of our Range of Motion and Flexibility before we play golf, tennis, go fishing, pull a bow back when we hunt. All of these activity require ongoing strength and flexibility.
There is always the excuses:
“Stretch and Flex” workshops to enable athletes to use sports specific techniques for increasing flexibility and range of motion to improve speed, reduce injuries and improve range of motion in their sport. The modalities used for the techniques are very common and are readily available. The techniques used are efficient, easy to do, specific, and for all ages.
